Under direction, the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)Administrator provides analytical and technical support to the HumanResources Division in pursuit of HRIS initiatives and other HRIS-relatedresponsibilities. This includes, but is not limited to: Maintainingquality and consistency of HRIS database information; ensuring personnelactions are in compliance with current Human Resources policies andguidelines; providing HRIS technical support to Human Resources andother court staff; serving as liaison among HRIS, Benefits, HumanResources, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and SAP Configuration areas. Aspart of the Human Resources team, this position also provides generalHuman Resources support as needed.
Distinguishing Characteristics:
The HRIS Administrator operates under general direction, and performsduties with broad latitude for judgment. The HRIS Administrator does notserve in a leadwork or supervisory capacity; however, the incumbentshall be called upon to troubleshoot and offer technical assistance insupport of Payroll, Human Resources, and other Court staff. The HRISAdministrator will be required to accept work assignments from multiplemanagers and work areas.

HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATION:
• Develops, designs, builds, tests, implements, maintains and enhances HRIS tables, codes, and security.
• Maintains quality and consistency of HRIS database informationspecifically the Organization Management (OM) and PersonnelDevelopment/Management (PA) SAP modules.
• Develops information systems involving integration of multiple platforms, vendor products and technologies
• Troubleshoots, analyzes, detects, identifies and corrects technical problems and deficiencies.
• Runs scheduled reports and creates reports as needed.
• Participates in the development of, and advises management on, information technology strategy and technology deployment.
• Functions as Project Manager for HRIS upgrades and projects.
• Develops and maintains applicable service agreements.
• Coordinates the resolution of vendor problems.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
