Mission description

Attached (e) the Director General of our principal subsidiary, you take responsibility of the Office of Research and Technical Department of the structure of some sixty people.As such:You are a member of the Executive Committee and propose policy and impulsez R & D company.You run a design office of twenty people (mechanics, electronics, computer and electrical engineering) and 5 persons of Service and After Sales Support.You lead a team of five heads of core.Guarantor (e) of the differentiating character, the quality and profitability of technical solutions developed, you implement the appropriate organization (resources, project mode, process) and drive teams and dedicated budgets (several hundred projects thousand euros).

Profile

Ideally training Great School specializes in General Engineering or Mechanical and Electronics - BTS or DUT training techniques being studied according to their experiences - you have at least 7 years experience in a function of R & D Manager, Director (trice) Manager or technical Design Office.Dynamic and enterprising (e), you are recognized (e) your ability to drive projects and manage teams.You framed hierarchically at least ten people and speak English fluently.Your leadership and interpersonal skills, your technical curiosity, your taste for innovation and the field, your discipline and your sense of the customer will allow you to boost the R & D strategy of the company.
