Mission description
Employee Relations Provides expert guidance and support to partners to ensure all employee issues are resolved, with the emphasis on building excellent relationships and instilling trust; Provides partners and managers with a first point of contact for complex HR issues; Proactively identifies changes and improvements to employment policy and practices; Facilitation of issues that may arise in relation to the use of global Business Services teams Responsible for ensuring that offices comply with all HR regulatory requirements Graduate Recruitment Development & implementation of local GR strategy in conjunction with GR Partners and Graduate Recruitment Manager (London) Develop new initiatives to enhance the company's pipeline of high calibre talent and attract target students Support Partners with event management, attending where relevant and utilising administration support where required Collaborate cross functionally to drive forward the diversity agenda Responsible for ensuring consistent communication of the firm's key selling messages through the firm's representatives and all marketing communications; Tailoring and development of marketing communications in conjunction with GR Partners and in-house marketing team; Development of future internship programmes Support the development of external relationships and sponsorship opportunities
Profile
A well organised, commercial and intelligent HR generalist with a track record of business partnering experience, building strong relationships with internal clients built upon sound technical knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills. A minimum of five years' generalist' experience, preferably with some Professional Services experience although those with less or more experience will be considered provided they can demonstrate the competencies listed below; Sound knowledge of employee relations process and current employment legislation Proven track record in respect of Graduate, lateral and retained recruitment at all levels; Rounded knowledge of compensation and benefits Good understanding of the relevance of training and development in relation to performance management; Good influencing and negotiating skills; PC literate (Microsoft Office suite & HRIS)
