Right-hand man of your Store Manager, you are asked to:- Manage a team of 20 to 100 employees- Ensure the development of your employees (dialogue, training, conflict prevention, etc..)- Implement the strategies needed to achieve the goals set by your Director (sales, sales, etc..)- Analyze the results,- Propose areas for improvement,- Ensuring customer satisfaction in order to retain them.

BAc + 3 to Bac +5, you warrant ideally a first experience or internship in the distribution or significant restoration.Your ambition, your involvement, your taste of the ground, your managerial skills will allow you to quickly take the measure of your post.
