Your responsibilities: You will ensure a high standard of accurate and relevant financial administration and reporting. You will be responsible for the accounting function, including financial planning and reporting task. Additionally you will support the businesses on financial matters and report to our HQ in Germany. Moreover, your tasks are: Accounts payable book-keeping and management Payments via Internet Banking Accounts receivable bookkeeping and management (dunning) Bank statement reconciliation VAT, Tax & statistical reporting to authorities Monthly financial reporting to business headquarters in Germany Managing various HR issues (payroll) Cost controlling Supporting subsidiary management with various analysis regarding sales performance and identifying potential business risks and opportunities Budget and estimate planning Preparing annual accounts for the authorities and auditors as well as HQ

We look for a skilled accounting manager with strong analytical and organizational skills as well as experience and interest in working in a small sales company. You should work in a pro-active, hands-on and solution-oriented way. Furthermore, you convince us by: Relevant practical or academic base education within book-keeping, economy, finance; preferably a bachelor degree Business fluency in Swedish and English and proficiency in Norwegian (Danish is of advantage) At least 3 years' experience in accounting, finance and sales unit controlling High level experience with bookkeeping-systems (Navision preferably) and preferably experience with data warehouse systems for sales and financial analysis (OLAP/Cockpit) Experience with internet banking system(s), in closing annual accounts and in making financial budgeting, planning and forecasting Experience with the above in a Swedish setting and thereby having experience with SE legislation, procedures, rules and regulations related to a Swedish AB Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Einkäufer sorgen in Unternehmen für eine reibungslose Materialbeschaffung und deren Weiterleitung an die Unternehmensbereiche Produktion oder Vertrieb. Zu den Hauptaufgaben von Einkäufern zählen die Auswahl und Betreuung von Lieferanten (Lieferantenmanagement), Kostenüberwachung (Einkaufscontrolling) und das Schnittstellenmanagement intern wie extern (Ansprechpartner für interne Unternehmensbereiche und externe Zulieferer).

Aufgrund der zunehmenden Globalisierung spielt das so genannte "global sourcing", d.h. das Beschaffen von Produkten auf dem Weltmarkt eine zunehmend wichtigere Rolle. Entsprechend werden vom Einkäufer oft fremdsprachliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten verlangt, die es ihm ermöglichen, seiner Aufgabe auch auf internationaler Ebene nachzukommen. Darüberhinaus muss ein Einkäufer viele zahlenbasierte Entscheidungen treffen, was einen sicheren Umgang mit Zahlen und analytisches Denkvermögen erfordert.
