The nature of the role will be to manage an IT division of 150 IT staff. You will work with key business stakeholders to develop the IT strategy, transition plan and target operating model for the merged organisations. There are 3 elements that you will define; creation of a Shared Service, Integration strategy and programmes, and defining future Digital transformation plans to help the business achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned IT Director with similar experience to the above. You will have experience of integrating and merging organisations, setting up of a Shared Service and will have previously created and driven Digital Transformation plans.
